EVERYTHING FOR THE BETTER WITH THE USE OF CELL

The powerful CELL Engine which is located at the heart of the CELL TV has 143 times the processing power available in the current TV models. An incredible enhanced picture quality that is certainly the new state of the art is manifested by this massive power. Precise image accuracy is ensured by True Super Resolution Technology by sampling multiple frames and restoring the native pre sampling signal curve. This process improves both SD and HD signals for the clearest possible 1080p Full HD picture.

Net Resolution + adds Compression Noise Cancelling to significantly improve Internet Content. A noise compression inherent in low resolution internet content is detected by this system. The image data is also separated and corrected to produce sharper, cleaner internet images, even on super large screens.

Another feature is the AutoView RGB which combines an ambient light sensor, and a new RGB sensor, to automatically set the brightness, contrast gamma, sharpness, color saturation, and now color temperature, to ensure the best possible picture in any lighting condition. This CELL TV also boasts its ClearScan 480 Hz frame rate for a clear, crisp picture for fast motion video. So, there are no blur moments for us!

A SUPER LOCAL DIMMING LED

Toshiba ZX900 Series combined the power of the CELL processor with its new KIRA2 Super Local Dimming LED Display. KIRA2 is positioned as twice as bright as it has an amazing 1000 cd/m2 brightness. 512 controllable zones are owned by KIRA2 and it is 5x that of the previous local dimming models for precise control over black levels. With this one, KIRA2 is allowed to create an unmatched 9,000,000:1 Dynamic contrast ratio creating an ultimate and superb picture quality package.

A 3D CAPABILITY

This TV will never let itself get behind of the other TVs that have 3D capabilities. Of course, this TV also wants to compete with the different brands out there. This CELL TV utilizes a frame sequential system that changes from 240 Hz in 2D mode, to 120 Hz for the right eye ad 120 Hz for the left eye in 3D mode. A multiple 3D format including the MPEG4 MVC, RealD and more are accepted by this system. When true 3D content isn’t available, CELL TV has still the solution. Thanks to the TriVector 2D to 3D conversion technology! With this technology, any 2D content is converted to 3D in real time. This just means that you can watch everything in 3D when you want to!
